Very unique hand made and hand painted wood nativity set from the 1960s. All 11 pieces are bright, intact and in good shape. Includes the following: baby jesus in cradle (2"), mary, joseph, 3 wise men (3-4"), 1 angel, 4 animals. The detail on the faces combined with the very bright colors make this an exceptional set. The front has a glossy shiny surface, while the back is unfinished wood. Some of the figures have a rounded base giving them the ability to rock slightly. This set is unusual and one of a kind, colorful and happy - a very special set! Would be a perfect kid's set too.
